Fedjet, a leading global manufacturer of ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting equipment, announced today that it has successfully completed the on-schedule delivery of one PowerJet3260G waterjet cutting system, marking another reliable delivery milestone in the company’s customized equipment portfolio.

Engineered for large-format heavy-duty industrial cutting, the PowerJet3260G boasts a working stroke of 3200×6000mm, providing ample processing space for oversized workpieces across metal fabrication, stone processing and composite manufacturing sectors. The system is configured with 2 X-axis crossbeams and 3 cutting heads in total, enabling parallel multi-station cutting operation to greatly boost production efficiency for the client.

At the core of the system are 2 Trend50 high-pressure booster pumps, which deliver steady and continuous ultra-high pressure output to ensure precision cutting performance across various materials. The full turnkey package also includes 3 automatic abrasive feeding system tanks, 2 operation cabinets, 1 electric control cabinet, and 1 ton of abrasive media, allowing the client to put the system into production quickly after installation.

To guarantee safe long-distance transportation and efficient on-site assembly, Fedjet’s engineering and logistics team designed a scientific split packaging scheme, dividing the entire system into two standard containers for shipment.

• The first container carries 2 Trend50 booster pumps, 2 operation cabinets, 2 cutting bed bodies, and one complete set of Y-axis assembly.
• The second container holds 2 X-axis cutting crossbeams, another 2 cutting bed bodies, 3 abrasive supply tanks, 1 electric control cabinet, and 1 ton of abrasive media.

This modular packaging approach maximizes container space utilization while providing full protection for precision components, effectively reducing transportation risks and shortening on-site commissioning cycles.
