Fedjet Completes Shipment of 4000×2000mm 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting Machine to Vietnam Client

[Nanjing, China – October 29, 2025] Fedjet, a trusted manufacturer of high-precision abrasive waterjet cutting equipment, announced the successful shipment of a customized 5-axis waterjet cutting machine to its customer based in Vietnam.

This waterjet system adopts a working travel of 4000×2000mm and is powered by Fedjet Trend50Pro ultra-high pressure intensifier pump. To guarantee stable continuous operation, the complete set is equipped with an independent oil chiller, automatic abrasive feeding system and automatic abrasive removal unit. Besides, Fedjet also supplies 5 tons of 80-mesh garnet abrasive together with the machine for immediate commissioning after arrival.

The integrated automatic feeding and desanding modules greatly reduce manual intervention, lower labor costs and keep the cutting tank clean during long-hour production. Paired with the reliable Trend50Pro UHP pump, the equipment delivers steady cutting pressure, outstanding edge quality and stable performance for complex bevel cutting and 3D contour processing.

Prior to shipment, the whole machine went through a full range of factory inspections, including ballbar linkage precision testing, continuous pressure running test and actual cutting verification. All inspection data and test reports are archived permanently to ensure the equipment meets Fedjet’s strict precision standards before being delivered to overseas clients.

The shipment marks another milestone of Fedjet’s expanding footprint across Southeast Asia. Fedjet will provide remote technical guidance and on-site commissioning support upon the machine’s arrival, helping the customer launch formal production smoothly.
